Return / Refund Policy

NotaryStamps.com - Policy

NotaryStamps.com will replace free of charge within 30 days any product manufactured incorrectly or which does not reflect the information submitted by the customer.

If you receive a customized notary or professional product that is damaged or not made to your states specifications, simply call our customer service department, inform us of the corrections needed and NotaryStamps.com will immediately replace the product at no additional charge.

NotaryStamps.com is not responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted by the customer and will replace incorrectly ordered products at the original cost minus a 25% courtesy discount.

Products not requiring customization must be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping and handling charges. Returned products must be in new and unused condition to be eligible for a refund. Shipping and handling may be refunded at the discretion of NotaryStamps.com if it is determined that an error has been made.
